To further enhance employees' integrity awarenes, the Audit and Supervision Center recently organized three specialized integrity training sessions at Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group's Beijing office, covering 15 core departments including Domestic Finance, Pyrometallurgy Research Institute, Design, Equipment, and Cost Control, with 113 employees participating to reinforce their ethical foundation.  

The training, led by the group's audit supervisors Qin Fuchao and Wu Chunliang, adopted a "culture-driven + policy explanation + case studies" approach. Starting with Huayou's integrity culture, it emphasized that honesty and compliance are core values of the company, while clarifying corporate policies and anti-bribery management principles to strengthen employees’ sense of responsibility.  

Using cases of occupational crimes in recent years, the trainers analyzed the severe consequences of violations and highlighted potential risks in key positions as a warning. The initiative received strong engagement from Beijing office staff, effectively raising ethical awareness and embedding compliance culture deeper into daily operations. Moving forward, Huayou will continue to refine integrity education with innovative approaches to safeguard sustainable corporate development.
